A RET HC Cream is a combination of Hydrocortisone Acetate 1% (a corticosteroid), hydroquinone 2% (a melanin synthesis inhibitor), and tretinoin 0.05% (a retinoid) that is indicated for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate melasma of the face. Also helps with hyperpigmentation or dark spots
